About the class:
This class will help you structure your Lay Witness (Before/After) interviews, and provide a guide to conducting successful interviews. The goal of the class is to provide you with information on how to conduct your interview via Zoom (and others), what technologies to use, how to organize your contact information and naming conventions as well as helping you create a strategy to collect the information you need during the interview. It will address technical issues that may arise during your interview, give you steps for how to connect with your lay witness and how to record and edit your clips into useful segments. Your will leave the class with tips and tricks for which software programs are available to use for creating the pieces you need and a high level understanding of useful terminology.
About the instructor:
