Professional Development Series- Dealing with Difficult Co-Workers
In an ideal world, dealing with difficult behavior from your co-workers would not be a necessity. In reality, however, dealing with difficult people is something many of us face on a daily basis. Without positive and effective coping mechanisms, the stress of dealing with difficult people and situations can create decreased productivity, poor attitude and a reluctance to come to work. This session will provide you with tools for handling workplace behavior problems brought on by the six most common workplace troublemakers. This session will be instructive and interactive for all learning styles.
Additionally, the chapter will discuss ideas for upcoming events for the 2019-2020 planning year.
