In many cases, no one knows the medical records better than the paralegal that handles them on a daily basis. Learn to create a chronological set of medical records to assist in preparing a medical chronology, in conjunction with a useful medical summary memorandum to assist you and your attorney in pinpointing lapses in treatment, pre-existing conditions, or alternative causes, such as exacerbations or additional injuries to defend or enhance the plaintiff's claim of injury.
