About The Position

Assist with case management [opening, monitoring, closing and archiving case files]; act as court and governmental agency liaison; ability to work directly with our clients and observe a professional attitude and demeanor; perform scheduling and calendaring for attorneys; assist with hearing and trial preparation; attend meetings as required and produce notes and summary memoranda from meetings; drafting and reviewing drafts of pleadings and letters; online research including Westlaw research; and shared responsibility for general office tasks shared by all employees, including telephone answering, time keeping and billing, and maintaining/monitoring supplies.
