Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

  • Review contracts including statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements and sponsorships;
  • Track contracts through their lifecycle from inception through execution;
  • Act as a liaison with procurement and other business units;
  • Identify legal issues and risks with regards to the commercial relationship;
  •  Assist with other marketing and contract related duties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders using strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of a team that integrates multiple business functions and legal disciplines.
  • 3+ years’ experience as paralegal.
  •  Competency with all Microsoft Office products & Adobe
  • Experience and aptitude with contract review and drafting.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments with some direction
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy


  • High School Diploma required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
