T-Mobile USA, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Legal Team that supports the Communications, Advertising, and Marketing groups at T-Mobile’s corporate headquarters in Bellevue, WA. This role will assist the Legal Team’s attorneys and program managers in a variety of functions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Core Competencies:

Essential Functions:

o Review, edit, and approve advertising and marketing materials;

o Monitor compliance and reporting in various marketing-related contexts;

o Assist attorneys with any competitor disputes, regulatory inquiries, and other adversarial inquiries that may arise;

o Conduct factual research and data collection as needed;

o Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member, excellent attention to detail, excellent organizational and monitoring/tracking skills, the ability to own and complete multiple and competing tasks within tight deadlines, good verbal and written communication skills, strong customer-oriented and interpersonal skills, a strong desire to take initiative, and the desire to work in a fast-paced and cutting-edge industry. In addition s/he must have 3 or more years of experience in a paralegal role, and competency with all Microsoft Office products and Adobe. An interest in and aptitude for consumer protection and advertising law is strongly preferred. 

Education:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved paralegal program preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
