About The Position

This position will perform paralegal functions and provide support services for domestic and international patent filings to lawyers and clients. Must have a solid understanding of both the US and foreign patent lifecycles and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment, with superb attention to detail. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm personnel and clients. Must have demonstrated analytical ability and the capability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Must be available to work overtime occasionally. Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of IP Paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, or equivalent. Paralegal certificate is preferred.
