About The Position


  • Position duties include assisting the public finance lawyers with all aspects of a bond issue, including, but not limited to:
  • Drafting, reviewing, editing and managing all types of bond documents
  • Coordinating closings, signings and approvals
  • Tracking calendars and deadlines
  • Transcript production
  • Online research


The ideal candidate will have superior written and oral communication skills, exceptional judgment, professionalism and interpersonal skills. Experience as a public finance paralegal would be ideal but is not necessary, however experience as a paralegal is required and experience in a transactional practice such as corporate securities, real estate or tax is helpful. We will provide training in public finance. Attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is required. The position includes significant client contact and responsibility and is an opportunity to work on some of the most interesting public transactions impacting the Pacific Northwest.

Bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
