Paralegal Job Posting
Consider working for a small firm in downtown Everett. We practice family law, tribal and criminal law, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and servicing clients.
If you are a reliable, self-starter who enjoys working with different client types and can divide and conquer multiple tasks by prioritizing, perhaps we are a good fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
- Using time entry software to keep track of billable hours
Qualifications
- Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate

This is a full-time job that requires you to be in the office during business hours Monday through Friday.
The starting hourly rate is $20-$30 DOE with room to grow. Salary depends on experience.
