Davis Law Group is seeking a reliable, professional and experienced paralegal to help manage serious injury cases from start to finish.
Duties include active case management of files, communication with clients, insurance adjustors, opposing counsel, and doctors. Experience drafting pleadings such as summons & complaint, drafting discovery, motions, responding to discovery requests, Pre-hearing statements, etc.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications include strong team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize, attention to detail, strong work ethic, highly organized, maintain confidentiality and professional.
Must have experience using Microsoft computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Experience using Needles Case Management is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year DOE
