About The Paralegal Position

Pearson Law Firm is seeking an outstanding litigation paralegal for our growing practice.  You will be responsible for managing complex personal injury cases from initial investigation through discovery to trial, arbitration or settlement.  The ideal candidate will have an obsessive attention to detail; the ability to manage a heavy caseload, keeping track of all the moving parts while never missing a deadline; excellent interpersonal and client service skills; and the ability to work in team environment where open, clear and frequent communication is critical. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal for personal injury firm.  Trial experience highly desired. Full-time position with excellent work/life balance.  Salary DOE.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree plus Certification
Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years experience as a litigation paralegal in the personal injury field; and experience preparing attorneys for trial and/or arbitration.
