About The Paralegal Position

Jackson Lewis LLP is a nationwide law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. With 49 offices and over 700 attorneys, Jackson Lewis is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal for the Seattle office.  Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and provide appropriate questionnaires, forms and documents, and provide instructions and assistance to clients for proper completion; Act as a liaison between corporate clients, beneficiaries, and attorneys; Address client case status inquiries, including process, processing times, and consular appointment issues; Conduct ongoing case tracking and management; Organize, maintain, and regularly review client files.  Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of Office 2007 Suite; Be motivated, creative and highly detail oriented, proactive; Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; Highly client-focused position which requires strong customer service skills; Experience working with immigration software, immigrants or fluency in a foreign language are pluses.
