About The Paralegal Position

An excellent opportunity is available for a Corporate Paralegal in the Seattle office of Dorsey and Whitney. This position will provide paralegal support to attorneys in the specialized area of emerging companies and clean technology. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate is preferred. Experience in forming public and private entities, all aspects of corporate maintenance, venture capital financing, stock and option administration, capitalization records, and blue-sky research. At least 10 years experience in a large law firm. Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as Acrobat and database programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial. Must also have a high level of client service focus, be organized and detail-oriented.
