Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (“NWIRP”) is currently seeking to fill a full time bilingual legal advocate/paralegal position in its Seattle office. The applicant must be fluent in English and Spanish. The advocate will work with other staff members in providing direct services to low-income immigrants in Washington State. In addition, the advocate will also participate in outreach and community education throughout the state of Washington. NWIRP provides direct representation as well as brief services to low income immigrants seeking assistance with applications for family visas, citizenship, political asylum, immigration relief for victims of domestic violence and other crimes, and other forms of immigration relief.
