About The Paralegal Position

• Manage a team of paralegals and administrative personnel performing intake and diligence procedures for patent transactions, including
  
  • Performance Management
  • Professional Development
  • Metrics and Reporting
  • Develop Team Vision and Goals
  • Staff Planning
  • General Day-to-Day Team Management
• Provide input and coaching on process and work product of the team
• Manage budget planning for team
• Lead design and support for I.T. systems and programs that support the team function
• Align team services with client needs and other supporting departments

Full or Part Time: Full Time
Duration: Permanent

Education Desired: B.A. degree preferred
Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years experience as a paralegal or attorney
