The Snohomish County Chapter encompasses the entire County of Snohomish, including the cities of Snohomish, Arlington, Brier, Edmonds, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, and all other cities located in Snohomish County. The Snohomish County Chapter generally meets in either the Everett or Lynnwood areas.

While WSPA members are asked to select a primary or "home" chapter -- generally either where they reside or work so that they can most easily attend "local" chapter meetings -- members are reminded that they can also ask to receive email notices for, and are welcome to participate in, WSPA Chapter meetings wherever they are held.
