Northwest Chapter

The Northwest Chapter presently encompasses Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, and Island Counties in the northwest corner of the state. There is also a quality paralegal training program (ABA Approved) at Skagit Valley College in Mt. Vernon.

We have planned monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of most months, at noon, at locations alternating between Mt. Vernon and Bellingham. See the WSPA Calendar page for specific event information, dates and times.
