The Washington State Paralegal Association (WSPA) conducts periodic surveys among WSPA members and other paralegals, legal offices, and related or interested persons. The regular surveys include a salary and benefit survey, which is usually done in alternate years, and a survey of paralegal eduction programs in the state. Special purpose surveys may also be conducted from time to time.
Every few years WSPA conducts a Salary Survey which is mailed to current WSPA Members and other working paralegals. The primary objective for this study is to document statistics on paralegals in regards to: demographics, education, experience, salary, additional compensation, and benefits.was conducted in January-February 2006.
